I need help finding certain parts for Reaver's Fable 3 outfit. Specifically, the entire thing lol. I don't know of any places here in Georgia that would sell the things I'm looking for, so help would be greatly appreciated.
If this is the wrong place to post this, I apologize.

Nah, this is the right place.

Since I don't live in Georgia (thank god I live in New York), I couldn't tell where to go there, so I say that the internet is your friend. And second hand places are a godsend.

Here's a ref pic of the Fable 3 Reaver if you need it (best I can get at the moment):

Yeah, and unfortunately the concept art is a little different than his in-game appearance. :/

I share your frustration, I want to cosplay him by Fanime. If you're brilliant with a needle and thread, the materials are easy to get off of ebay. Otherwise, I'd suggest commissioning someone from Etsy, or just searching for "steampunk coat/top hat/accessories". Hell, I've found a few jackets on ebay all ready that, at the very least, come close to what he's wearing.

Just found these which I think would work great for Reaver's hat:

Would one of these wigs is the closest to Reaver's hair in Fable 3?

I'm also struggling with this. I rarely get the oppertunity to sew my own costumes since I barely know anything past pillows. My grandma's the one with the sewing expertise. I showed her a pic of Reaver's coat, and she went " Oh god, no. I don't think I can do that."
I can't order anything online either since I don't have a credit card or paypal (or job. I probably seem pathetic to you all. >_<' I like working on my own costumes, but at the same time, I would like the extra help from online sources.)

I did find a SIMILAR coat in a thrift store today, but it wasn't quite the shade of white I needed, so I didn't buy it just yet. They had white pants similar to his, though, by the score.

I usually work on a budget, cobbling things together the best I can from stuff I find in craft or thrift stores.
My main issue currently is the white coat. I've got a black top hat that I bought from a Spencer's Gift shop, and a friend of mine has steampunk goggles she's willing to loan me ( She'll be my Garth when we go to Adventurecon). I'm considering buying and tinkering with a labcoat to make it look more like his. It's a cheap way of doing it, but it may be my only option, given the ones I have currently.
I may have more luck browsing the clothing sections in a flea market, though I don't know what I'd do about the fur on his coat. I would like a second opinion, though.

I'm looking around for makeup tutorials as well, that would possibly make my cheeks look more recessed like his, somehow, and give myself a more posh appearance like his.

Someone has tweaked their lab coat or something relatively white by adding a black feather boa to the edge :/

While a modified lab coat (or even the pattern for Simplicity's 'Matrix Coat' being altered) would work, a feather boa wouldn't work for the lining. A shaggy black fur would, though.

Along the lines of Fable 3 costumery, would anyone have any recommendations on a base for an Elle wig?
