Packers WIN!!! :)
Despite some bad plays and several dropped throws i think they deserved it.
Rogers played great and rightly named the MVP.

Also just curious to see what you guys thought?

Too many commercials, not enough human killing.

But, that's my complaint every year.

I'm mad. I was hoping for good ol' steeler overkill. Half-time show was awesome when slash showed, then sucked when he left.

PACKERS! *Foams at mouth*

Love them. Kind of.

And Slash made me excited. He's so awesome.

The game was tense until the last drive. The Packers got denied a Touchdown in the Red Zone, so they settled for a Field Goal to go-up by 6 points. With 2 minutes to go, the Steelers got the ball back (knocked back several yards by a stupid penalty on the kick-off) and you would feel uneasy with plenty of time on the clock and 1 time-out left.

But the Steelers played it safe and went for short passes, going for 10 yards, moving the chains, but not going for anything further, and they didn't spike the ball after getting a first down to stop the clock. Nor did they try for any long passes (20-30+ yards) and maybe try to get a pass-interference call. Instead they went for short passes, which eventually came to a 3rd-and-5, and then a 4th-and-5, and then game over..

If it was Peyton Manning of the Colts or Tom Brady of the Patriots, you would feel more tension because they've marched down the field before in the final drive of the game and win it with little time left to go. But Pittsburgh seemed to play it safe, and with the clock against them and not spiking the ball or using their last time-out, they seemed to give up in that final drive.

Not to disrespect the Steelers.. I think they played a really good game but I think the Packers wanted it more, and congratulations to them on finally reaching a SuperBowl and winning it w/o Brett Favre as Quarterback. Aaron Rodgers deserved the MVP..

Ben was ATROCIOUS in the first half. He threw a gimme, further extending the Packers lead in the opening half. The Steelers defense opened their eyes in the second half though. Yes Rodgers did deserve the MVP, because he was putting the ball right to his receivers hands. It's a shame that Favre had to ruin his legacy by coming out of retirement and sucking ass, because it would've been more of an honor to have your name mentioned after his. It was a good game though. When Pittsburgh started scoring, it made for a better Bowl. The half time show wasn't THAT bad, despite mic fails, especially on Fergie's side. Slash coming out was completely unexpected and awesome, although Fergie kinda ruined it. And I thought for sure that when they started Pump It, that Slash would've stayed out there to play the guitar riff, but he didn't. I at least thought this half time show was better than Tom Petty and the Racecar Drivers. I was SO bored with that halftime show that I didn't even pay attention to it ( I was at a party at my old college )

I loved the commercials. Though I'm not much of a sports person really and was just watching for the commercials. But I'm happy that the cute, balloon popping dog on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno was right on it's prediction with Packers winning! Go underdogs!

It was actually enjoyable. And the Steelers didn't win, which I think is nice on my ears because my best friend is obsessed with them and can get incredibly annoying about it. She wouldn't shut up when they won two years ago. The commercials were actually somewhat entertaining, the halftime was okay, and the game was good to watch. Thanks to Eyeshield 21 I knew what was going on. 8D

I didn't watch the Super Bowl, but my entire news feed on FaceBook was about the Super Bowl and some of the Steelers fans were getting mad because all of a sudden everyone is on the bandwagon for the Packers just because they didn't want the Steelers to one. I'm not a fan of Football, but people were getting so mad to the point where they started deleting people off of their friend's list just for saying that their team didn't win.

Am I the only one that LIKED the halftime show? =\

I like Black Eyed Peas (Not their techno-like stuff, but I've always liked them.) So I was happy to see that interesting performance, especially with the arrow people XD

My family was rooting for the Steelers, but they're not hardcore fans. They said the teams played like a regular football game, it didn't have that 'Superbowl' vibe.
