Hello Capitan,
If you don't mind I have a question about this contest. I was wondering for the 3rd category "Best Overall Cosplay" does that mean this is a open section to all costumes? I apologize for asking you directly, since it's partly up to Jrock-Rev? So I understand if you can't anserw right away.
Thanks for your time and effort!

Sorry, I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that offhand. I'll look into it.

Edit: Got the response - You are correct.

The contest will be sort of combined with the screening. As you're waiting in line, J-Rock Revolution photographers will be taking pictures to serve as submissions for the contest. As long as you're willing to let them take your photo, you're automatically entered. No extra work/signup/etc needed.
