Aside from the title, I need some critique, not of my Inu-Yasha costume, but of the wig itself ^^;;
I've been wondering, since I wish to continue to wear my Inu-Yasha, that I should move on to a longer and more styled wig and sew the ears on them?

I actually like the lenth of the wig you are using, I think super long inuyasha aigs just look messy. but, If you do plan on using this costume for quite a while i would suggest makeing your ears a little different, thye seem a little too big and they would be less floppy if they where sewn onto the wig, other then that your costume is great much better then some of the ones ive seen!

The wig is a good Inuyasha wig, but the ears take away from it a lot. Like SquishedFlower said, they seem a bit too big, and they would look better if they were sewn onto the wig instead of just worn like a headband. Also, the fabric for the ears are really fuzzy, which also seems to take away. Otherwise, the wig is great!

Thank you everyone...as soon as I get some new fur, I'm gonna remake the ears, yup! They shall be sewn onto the wig as well!

I personally like the length of the wig, because the people who use long ones generally forget that it really is a bit short in the front. I agree about the ears being sewn on, and maybe being a bit smaller? It's your decision, though. :D

Spiff costume, overall. You've even got the nails! :)

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! YOU FOUND IT! That is like the PERFECT inu wig (and I am by far the worst anal person I know about Inuyasha anything, especially my hanyous hair. ) You do make a wonderful Inuyasha (another thing you will NEVER hear me say) You got the 'tude. The only thing I would suggest...well two things. I would try to seperate part of the hair and cut it shorter in the front (you know for the two strand that go where human ears should). Also like others said, the ears. His ears are kinda understated you know? Not as big as everyone makes them. I would kinda poof up or spike the bangs a little....his are a little raggity. But other than that good job and thanks for the link...Im so doing that wig now!

Ya I agree its a very nice wig, much better then the one I used for my Inu Yasha costume. Sewing the ears on to the wig would not only make it look better but it would be alot easyer to handle. I think that triming and styling the bangs would help as well.

I use the wig for other stuff as well, so, basically a quick style to poof up the bangs and as soon as I get some white fur, I'm fixing the ears, definitly down playing them...I just hope there won't be any problems with sewing them to the wig....so dreading that part ^^;;

That wig for Inu-Yasha is one of the best I've seen. If you wanna make it your perminant Inu wig though I'd sew the ears on they look a little fake with the headband. Personally, the ears seem a little bit smaller in the show than what you made them. But, it's your personal taste I believe to emphasize a character's traits. Big ears are also more petabble.

make the ears with a shorter, thicker pile fur(it looks like sheep wool in your current ones!) and line them with something less pink...they're about 2-3 times the size they should be:P

And lift and style the bangs, they're too flat, but don't cut them...you might want to cut a few more bangs into the wig if you're good at that.

When I did my first one, I used some "craft fur" from Michaels, and trimmed it down with scissors. (It started out a bit longer...)

Pet the wig... so soft... -,-'
