Pulling her out of the Bertha thread, starting research on the character design to begin work on constructing this costume.

Starting from head to feet here's the current run down-

Like all members of the team her face mask is custom and only resembles existing equipment so altering a current mask or constructing one from scratch are the only options currently.
Best bets run in the respirator department over gas masks, a good example is this 3M http://www.amazon.com/3M-ESD-142-6900-Facepiece-Respirators/dp/B002ORLL4Q/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1311282189&sr=8-16

She wears a tactical throat mic, either make one or seek out a look alike

Base Body:
Her outfit is basically a one piece "carbon fiber/ RE5 Wesker fabric" (in major black sections) body suit with a front center zipper, leather accents and a grey tank top underneath. Both arms feature an Umbrella patch at the shoulder area.

She seems to wear a large sheath mounted to a back back style plate for her sword.

Black, possibly leather gloves, with hard knuckles

Knee pads, look to be a more common design than Bertha's but they appear to be embedded in the body suit.
Handgun holster on the left side, unknown strap on the upper right thigh (don't see anything attached to it)

Typical military boots, I'll update with a link when I find the match but I have seen brands that produce ones like this.

Elbow pads, having trouble locating a clear shot of her elbows to confirm how she wears them. They are small, appear to be over top of the body suit, elastic band(?)
Random Pouches, she wears a pouch, probably ammo, on her upper right arm, four across her mid section that are held tight by two straps that run around the body, over the suit but under the sheath.
Hip belt with- Radio on her back left side hip, one large bag in the center back and a medium sized one on the back right

So there's a quick rundown, input please!

The Resident Evil Wiki has the best photos for Lupo ive seen so far!, my specialty is lighting for the USS Masks. Id go with El Wire its easy to install and cheap!!!! =) Elwirepros(dot)com has the best stuff just go to "portable kits" it comes 3 ft long and runs off 2 AA batteries! Hope this helps!!! lol Also im glad to see a Lupo cosplay, now i know someone for every USS Delta Team Member!!!! YAYYYY!!!! LOL

I believe her boots to be close to these- http://www.harrysarmysurplus.net/corcoran-1515-womens-10-inch-black-leather-military-combat-boots.html

However, on the higher res files of her in that pose, her boots appear to feature a zipper along the OUTSIDE of the boot. I don't believe any boots to have this feature in this style as it is traditionally on the INSIDE of the boot.
Looking at the lace system they seem to have gone with a common eyelet style, though the top three lace attachment points may be more of a hook style. I remember using this in the past but have not come across any boots in this style that feature them.
Overall the most important thing to go for is a boot with the look of what I linked to above, this is the overall design. These pinup pose images seem to be artist designs and may not reflect 100% of the detail used in the game.

I stumbled across a picture of Lupo for my make-up morgue in school and now I want to get this done in time for Anime Expo.

What I am thinking about doing for the catsuit is actually making one myself. I just need to find the fabric that is close to the one she wears in the game. And now the game is out it will make my life easier for reference shots.

The Lupo mask is a modified Fire Fighter SCBA mask. :)

Hi there! I'm currently working on a Lupo suit as well, and I thought I could help out here ^^

Your best bet would be to make the catsuit yourself. There are several very good patterns out there for catsuits that you can easily modify for them. Also, this sight has proven to be very helpful to me X (http://www.patternschool.com/?page_id=642) in the construction of my suit.

Suggestions on fabric- Something stretchy, for sure. Lycra is your best bet, I know at the JoAnn's near me they sell a lycra that has a pattern similar to the one on Lupo's suit. However I've seen a smashing lupo where they did a pleather/vinyl/leather of some sort on the black parts and then lycra for the grey.

The boots- those were actually the first things I got XD They do make a pair of boots that have the zipper on the outside. I got mine from Toda Moda a while back, but I'm sure you can google the brand. It's Nature Breeze, the only thing is I'm not sure what sizes they have. Toda Moda shoes usually run small, I wear a 6.5 but I had to buy a 7 in these for them to fit. The only problems with these shoes is that a) they came in brown, which is easily remedied with copious ammounts of black shoe polish and b) the heel is "solid" instead of rubber, so I click all over the place. Impractical for a zombie apocalypse/stealth mission, but they look damn near perfect for the costume.

Also, Skullhunter up there did my mask for me, and it's perfect ^^

I hope this helped! I'll post more here as the costume gets closer to being complete
