Hello nice prop folks, I'm in dire need of suggestions.

Some might remember I posted a thread awhile back asking for LED advice, but now I've run into another snag. I'm working on props for my Human!Wheatley costume and I'm not sure how I should go about crafting the handlebars. I'm moreso at a loss of figuring out what materials I should use to make it.

E: Should probably mention I have quite a bit of the back piece crafted(probably shouldn't have till I figured out the handlebars..) and it's made of expanding foam, layers of paper mache/masking tape, and a small layer of paper clay.

Heat formed pvc piping is probably how I'd go about it. Filling the pipe with sand is a nice trick to get even bends without the pipe collapsing at the bend point.

Creating a simple jig based on the bends of the first side set would help you about getting equal angles for shaping the opposite side.

Dang I've never worked with something like that. Is there any specific pvc piping I should be looking for? Do I need to invest in a heat gun?

Heat forming pvc bars isn't that hard. You fill them with sand and then use a heat device. Here is a fabulous tutorial. http://www.pvcworkshop.com/bendpipe.htm
