I'm having the hardest time figuring out what to do for Black Widow's belt.

I don't know what to use to make the belt look more 3 dimensional.
I know how to make the base of the gold part to the belt; but the black roundish
parts are kind of confusing me on what to get or use. Any suggestions?

They might be a bit too large, but you could look in to those clear plastic Christmas ornaments that split in half. If you paint the insides of them you don't need to worry about the paint scratching off or anything.

They come in various sizes, I think they come smaller than 3" but I'm not sure.

These are the sort of things for which I just go to the hardware store and wander about until I find something of the right shape. I believe I've seen some reflectors that look similar to this. Might not hurt to check bike shops. For something cheaper, you might also be able to modify the bottom of large soda cans (e.g. arizona iced tea)

You could use something like these to, they seem to have the right shape, but I dont know if you can get them in that size (these are 60mm in diameter), also I have no clue what to call them in english since I didn't even know what they where called in swedish xD
