The title says it all? I'm looking for help making them, or even buying them. I have a pair of laceless shoes that I could see sawed in the right area and worked on to make look like them, but I kinda like my shoes. Even if they are too big. Any ideas? *realizes he should have searched BEFORE making this post* Oops. heh heh

There are several Naruto cosplay help threads:
One specifically on the shoes...
HELP!, Need makers for shoes... (http://forums.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=28726)

One specifically for General Naruto cosplay... (Shoes were mentioned in the thread...)
Naruto Costumes (http://forums.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=17563)

One on Kakashi's Wig...
Kakashi Cosplay - In Need of Help with Wig (http://forums.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=28906)

Another on Iruka...
help me help me? *iruka, from naruto** (http://forums.cosplay.com/showthread.php?t=27981)

Anyway, those are a few of the threads out there. Like you said, you should have done a search. And because this thread has been linked to an existing thread which is on the same subject matter, this thread shall be closed by a moderator once they get around to it... I think.

I just redid my sandals similar to the way trabus did his, except without glue. If you do not want to ruin the sandals you are using OR/AND if glue/sewing to the footwear is not possible, like with my pair, you can use thick elastic straps to go around the bottom of the sole. Just sew the straps one in the front, one in the middle, one in the back, and one in the back of the heel connecting to the back strap.

*sorry for dark picture, darn lighting in my room*

This is a prototype cover which I shall be revamping in the future, just to do for a con or two before I fix them up. I had to do it this way with my sandals because I refused to use any other pair...I thought the treads/soles on the pair were acurate.
