Your best bet is to find the material you want to make it out of, spandex pvc leather, pleather and so on.

Try to find a local dress maker, if you call up a fabric store they should be able to help. They should be able to get it done the fastest,

It's like getting it commissioned, but no shipping. had to do it with a piece of my costume cause i realized I don't know how to sew.

Top 1 (http://www.windycitynovelties.com/235466p/black-leotard-adult-costume.html?s_cid=FRO235466&utm_source=Froogle&utm_medium=ShopFeed&utm_term=235466&utm_campaign=Froogle) Died red would work.

Top 2 (http://www.maidenform.com/shapewear/styles/all-shapewear/flexees-easy-up-strapless-unitard-2356?cm_mmc=ChannelAdvisor-_-Google-_-Product%20Ads-_-Product%20Ads_All&CAWELAID=806916114&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=) This modified and died could work.

That could be a start.

Helmet could use a modified headband with craft foam or poly-fill.

I actually, knew an auto body guy. he wrapped my boots and sprayed them. They came out amazing. Check with the guys under fabrics, or see if an auto body guy will do it.

If you want to make her leotard costume, I'd recommend this tutorial: http://kapalaka.deviantart.com/art/Bunny-Suit-Pattern-Tutorial-180000558

The head piece could be made with craft foam reinforced with enamel paint. Cut it in the shape and apply it with spirit gum or glue it to a headband.

Good luck!
