I'm wondering if it is because the search system now seems to be using a boolean system, and my name has a hyphen in it? I'm really not sure. Can anything be done about this? Otherwise, I guess I'll have to wait until the next username change. o.o;

Even when I try searching for Username: "han*" you don't show up even though theoretically you should be there. You do show up in the Newest Members search if you go back far enough, but that is selecting first by join date so your username isn't one of the variables there. A complication of the no-three-letter-searches rule maybe? Or maybe they aren't doing the same encoding for the hyphen between database records and search input... Hard to say.

One other user I noticed with a short hyphenated name is Lin-Z, she doesn't show up in Username search either.

Our search function only works for words with more than 3 letters in it to cut down on server crunching - my name isn't searchable, either. Join the short name club.
