This is the newest prop i just finish. And the picture i post here is the first place i show it because it's the secret work .

But the weak point of it is.....it a little heavy because it made from wood - -"

How do you think about it? Thank you for discuss or advice ^^

Hey, good job! I'm not sure what you used to make the silver edge of the blade, but is there a way to smooth it out so you can't see the individual sections of the edge? I like the material you used to create the shine on the skull and detailing.

I know what you mean about the weight issue. My Paine sword is about 15lbs!

Thank you for the comments ^^. The skull is the paper mache. Color it with bronze spray color. The sword made from wood (the true is MDF).Color it with dark grey silver spray color. Attach the silver sticker.....Unfortunatly that it hard to attached it neat. ^^

Now i'm finished Paine's and Rikku's weapons. Now i'm still doing the Shuyin's sword and the Yuna's guns. When I finish them. I'll post them in this forum. Thank you ^^

The skull is top-notch. The taped blade brings the whole piece down, though. Since you did ask for suggestions, I think that airbrushed dull silver would look better. An airbrush doesn't glop up a prop like spray paint can. But definately find a substitute for the tape.

Wonderful job on the rest of the sword, though. Something to be proud of.
