Yeah, the skirt needs more pleats to it definately. The bow looks great! That feature is definately perfect. Also, the sleeves need altering...if you look at pics you will see they have a certain "ruched" look to them. Not very good at describing that...^^; And more emphasis on the "ring" that separates the skirt from the bodysuit. It sorta sticks out a bit on the sailor fukus...hope that makes sense, I'm not the best at explaining things. ^^; But overall it looks great! ^.^

the gloves need to be a bit longer like the white part should be up to your elbows and then the green trim could be bunched up a little more. I love love love the bow and tiara. Its a good costume. Just a few more added touches and it will be perfect.

i'm not a big fan of shiny material but it's not too bad. like everyone's mentioned, the skirt needs a more definate pleat, and there's the lack of shoes, and bangs.

Satin. Bad.

The skirt does not need more pleating. Making it more pleated will result in a cheerleader-type of skirt for that pattern. What you need is the bottom pattern to a ice dancer's outfit.

Depending from which genre of Sailor Moon you're doing the skirt can be either short or tapered. In the Live Action series (PGSM) Jupiter's skirt is "short" in the front and "long" in the back. (You really can't tell the difference unless you're looking at her from the side.) Yes, its pleated but not so much as a cheerleader's skirt it looks more like an ice skater's skirt.

Can you take more pictures (without the poses) of the side and back of the uniform?

Overall it's not bad. The bow in the front is PERFECT. Now let's see the back. :)

Compliments first!
Your bow looks lovely. Good width and length of tails.
Like the poses.
Nice length of skirt
Nice spotless legs. (I can say that cause I don't have scarless legs)
Curly hair works for you. I see you added her front tendrils.
Your gloves look nice. They are the right length for the manga version. If anyone does anime version they go over your elbow
Nice choker and tiara!

What you need is a skirt that flairs a bit more. Mikazuki gave you a nice pattern to work with.
Your sleeves should be half circles. Love Meeko has a little guide on her site here: Sleeves! (http://www.lynleigh.com/cosplay/)
Just go to Eceteras. It's easy.
You need bangs. That's not hard to find, There are many wig shops that sell just a clip that you place in your hair for bangs. They are usually cheap too!
Bangs! (http://www.drlocks.net/bangs.htm)
Or if you are feeling ambitious you can make your own with extentions, caulk, and tape. Katie Bair has instructions on how to do that.
And you need boots. Find some cheap ones in the right style. You can spray them green with leather paint they sale at shoe repair shops. Then add white laces.
Also the waistline should puff out a bit. But I'm not really sure how to help with that one. I think it's hard.
