With the exception of Ayacon and E3 (which I missed out on cos of lameass website never EVER comes up when you search google for it >.<) does anyone know of any other UK cons? Living in the UK is totally restrictive as there areso few conventions here. The only con aside Aya I went to last year was Dragon-con, which was a little bit of a let down and more a seen for Magic players and d20 fans... any help is appreciated. ~ Jemmax

the next 3 anime based conventions in the UK are Wildercon, Amecon and Minamicon...unfortunately both Wildercon and Minamicon are sold out already...
However, the venue for Amecon means that there should still be registrations available...go there now now now!!! Full weekend rate is around 75 INCLUDING room because it's set at a university campus, you get your own room. En suite ones are a little more pricey I think.

There are comic book and film festivals/conventions too but you have to search those out.
