Since I'm getting bored with my generic chuunin costume

(leg holster & belt pouch not pictured, but this is all I have to work with so far)
I'm looking for suggestions to turn it into an actual character, with a few exceptions
-no wigs/hair dye
-no sharingans (contacts)
-no crossing
So that cancels out a few of the more popular characters

ATM I can't really think of any other characters other than Morino Ibiki (examiner for first chuunin exam), but thats just getting scars, bandana, leather trenchcoat, and BAM instant Ibiki during the village attack.

If you've got a suggestion, can you please give me a few hints about how to make/obtain the other props I'll need.
Thanks

EDIT: Oh yeah, what can I do (in short of sticky stuff or cutting off circulation) to stop the bandages on my leg from slipping down? What do you guys do?

Um, get some really dark circles under your eyes and cough a lot and go as Hayate? I think he wears his forehead protector covering his entire head, but not backwards.

Or wear it backwards in the same style, but with the knot in the front and bite on a skewer stick. Buying one package of extensions for bangs would help the look, and then you'd be Genma.

Grow a beard of sorts, and add the hip flap thing (a large white triangle of fabric, edges hemmed, with the image perhaps painted on it, or an iron on patch) and go as Asuma.

For bandages use "tape". You can find it in the sections where you get those cloth things to wrap sprains with. It is early in the morning thus I cannot think of any name for them. :p
