View Full Version : Hotel room cram

I was wondering if it was okay to cram about 10 or more people into one room and pay the same price for a quad...Would you have to pay more? I've never spent more than one day at Otakon since this would be my third convention and I've never set foot in a hotel for the past 4 years.

Ahh.... as long as you don't let the hotel know.. ;;; Technically there tend to be limits of the amount of people. But having 10 people in one hotel room isn't that taboo for conventions. As long as you are well behaved it shouldn't be a problem. But be aware that it is more than likely against the hotel's rules.

Oo REALLY!!! OO I hope that I don't get into trouble! TT
They don't do room checks less they get complaints. So as long as you aren't getting to loud at the time "Normal" people sleep you will be fine. The only reason you would have trouble is if someone complained and the hotel had to come to your room. Oh and don't get room service I saw one room get thrown out for ordering room service for dinner and breakfast for 8 people every day. So just keep that in mind.

usually if you have more than 8 you won't be able to move lol. So good luck with 10+ hehe. Just keep the noise down. Oh, and if you have con neighbors, it's always good to befriend them. Invite them to hang out or just talk in the hall and it's less likely they will complain. We happened to befriend our nieghbors to the left at animeboston when the kid had to go through the connector door and it turned out well.
