I hope this is okay to ask this question here.

Which program would you reccomend for mass image resizing? Reccently, I have been taking tons of pictures at conventions, and I have been looking for an easy way to resize them all. Help would be very much appreciated. Thank you. ^^

Aside from Photoshop, I usually recommend Thumbs+ by Cerious Software.

I'm not sure about specifically image resizing, but for good and inexpensive photo-editting software, I'd recommend Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

However, if you're willing to spend more money, then definitely Photoshop. Its image compression is much better (for .jpg files, at least)

Like what everyone else said, Photoshop will batch resize images for you. But also ACDSee has some excellent batch functions as well.

We use Irfanview. It has your basic resize/editing functions..and it's free.

I second IrfanView! It seems like you want to do resizing on a lot of photos, and you can do multiple at once with it!

Oh, purr, mass resizing! That would have been nice for my AX pics lol. I did them all individually (and did cropping too) with Photoshop...

If you're looking for a simple editing software, you could also give PhotoFiltre a try. Its a fast download, and its free.

A bit late but I use advanced batch converter for mass resizing.
