Hello all,

We're currently discussing the feasibility of a new event for Yaoicon 2006. Tentively titled: "Crossdress your Bishounen." The event would involve contestents being randomly assigned one of our bishounen "volunteers" and then be given a set amount of time to dress them. You would be provided with a selection of clothing, materials to creat false breasts etc etc. The audience would show up at the beginning of the event to be introduced to the girls, the bishounen and how the contest works. Some time later everyone returns to see the results of the work and votes on which bishounen is the best looking, most passable, cutest etc with prizes for the contestents.

What we want to know, is are you interested in this event? Would you attend? Would you compete? If you are a guy, would you be willing to volunteer?

Aww...why would you do that? Guys look better as guys.

(I'm one of those yaoi fangirls who can't stand when a doujinshi or fic decides to force the boys to crossdress. GYAH)

Short answer? Not interested at all, no.

That sounds interesting, and I think it'd be fun.

It might be a fun experience to shove a guy into a dress when he wasn't kicking and screaming the whole time...

I would be interested if watching and maybe competing.

Cross posted from the yaoicon forums:

"Unfortunately with only two months before the convention this doesn't provide ample time to get entries, promote teh event more and still shop for all the essentials needed to run it. We are also still working out when it would be in terms of programming.

I'd love to do it this year but unfortunately it's not in the cards."
