I'd love to enter, but my dad has this problem with me registering for just about ANYTHING online. T_T

Hi there,

Just show up on Saturday (as early as you can ^_^ -- we open at 10am) to register in person (instead of online). I think we will probably have 10 spots open at-con.

Bring your music with you. And if your dad would feel better about it, he's welcome to be with you during the event, we can give him a pass to get into the stage areas and we can have him sit with you while waiting for your presentation.

I hope that helps!

Thanks :)

Aww T_T Damn. Ah well.

Maybe we can gank a bunch of sugar packets and saltines from the nearby Denny's instead.

Hi there,

I sent out a message last night -- hopefully you got it :) Please let me know if you did not receive it.

As for music -- is there any way you can send it in advance to us (like MP3?) or have a friend bring it ?

The reason why is that we only have a few hours on Sunday morning to burn the CD because we have to be ready by 1:00pm for CosFest (to do sound checks, etc.) since we are having CosFest so early and we only have 1.5 days of time to get stuff done (I usually have 3 days to work @_@).

Please let me know :)

Thanks,
Marisa

Okay, just to clarify, there's like a costume check on Saturday for CosFest, but Sunday morning if heavy makeup is to be applied, right?

Only if you request today! Even then, I'm not sure I can do it. We already have 6 groups scheduled for a 2 hour slot.

Unless you want to get, oh, 10 minutes of judging, you should probably come on Saturday.

Sorry :( we are kind of messed up by:
A. Only having 1 day prep time (we usually have 2.5 days)
B. The Masq is during the day on Sunday -- staff has to be in the room with script ready, CD ready, everything ready by 1:00pm.

Just a reminder to everyone: Check in is ONLY on Saturday, there will be -No- check in on Sunday. It's just impossible to do so. So, if you don't check in on Saturday you are out.

For those of you who have written me saying "but I'm only paying to go on Sunday!" etc-- that's OK. You don't have to pay to come get judged and check in. Just please, PLEASE, *begging* come check in on Saturday. It's all I've got to offer, folks. It's just not logistically possible to get everything done in a couple of hours on Sunday. I'm going to spend from about 8am - 1pm getting scripts printed, copied, CD burned, multi-media presentation done, finishing up last minute stuff, etc.

Sorry,
Marisa
