Figure it out yet? If so, ignore this, other wise I have an idea! Okay, so I looked at the source and....

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<table width="800" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td><img src="left.gif" width="243" height="600"></td>
<td><img src="right.gif" width="557" height="600"></td></tr>
</table>

This is what you have that's supposed to make the background, right? Maybe if you put the table into a <div> that would make it work. This is how I do the background on my blog. No, wait, I didn't do it that way this time, but on my last layout I did. (http://asphodel.pitas.com, it's the layout w/ shinya from Dir en grey on it) Like this:

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<div style="position: absolute; top: 10px; left: 10px; width: 800px; height: 600px">
<table width="800" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td><img src="left.gif" width="243" height="600"></td>
<td><img src="right.gif" width="557" height="600"></td></tr>
</table>
</div>

This should work... Hope it helps. Gah. I feel like such a huge nerd now... ^^;

Thanks you! But I still can't get to work. I try the codes. On the page it show the two red x and it shift the text together. I am sorry to be a such a pest. I am dumb when it comes to HTML codes.

Whee, I get to be the next nerd :P.

Ok, this is what I see when I look at your source code:

<body bgcolor="#FFFFFF">
<div style="position: absolute; top: 10px; left: 10px; width: 800px; height: 600px">
<table width="800" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">
<tr>
<td><a href="http://pluh.com/members/babygurl/left.gif"></a></td>
<td><a href="http"//pluh.com/members/babygurl/right.gif"></a></td></tr>
</table>

First off, you said you had a background image for this layout? In your source code, the <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> causes you to have a white background, not an image as a background. Correct me if I'm wrong on this part, though ^_^.

Second. . .another mistake I can see is right here:

<td><a href="http://pluh.com/members/babygurl/left.gif"></a></td>
<td><a href="http"//pluh.com/members/babygurl/right.gif"></a></td>

You're creating links to the images you want in your layout, not putting them on the page. The correct code would be:

<td><img src="http://pluh.com/members/babygurl/left.gif"></td>
<td><img src="http://pluh.com/members/babygurl/right.gif"></td>

I hope this helps! ^_^
