Well, what else do you need help on?? If it's how to make the Captain outfit or anything clothes related, try searching through the thread in the Bleach thread that we have going in this forum, should be on this page. If it's about his eye patch or sword, post a thread in the "Props & Accessories" forum here.
But if you're doing Kenpachi, if you're using your own hair make sure that you have really, really hard hair gel. :bigtu:

I recently did Kenpachi, and while I didn't do the hair successfuly in time for the con I figured it out afterward. Step one, don't listen to the clerk at the beauty supply store.
The easy way would be Knox Gelatin. Buy about eight packets and mix it into a cup of water. Microwave it, but don't boil it. Spread that into your hair, one spike at a time, making sure to work a good amount into the roots to support the weight. It'll take a while before it's capable of holding itself up. Once it sets, coat with generous amounts of hairspray. The whole process will take you hours. Do it the day before if possible, and sleep in a chair or something. Also know it will take an hour or two of washing to get it out.
Other than that, he has a basic Shinigami uniform, but with the sleeves of his jacket torn off. And an odd eyepatch.
Also, please do it. Someone needs to do accurate Kenpachi hair. I've yet to see it.
EDIT: Oh, also, he has eleven spikes going horizontally from temple to temple, each pointing up and backwards at 45 degrees. Then four spikes pointed straight back from the back of his head. And bells, obviously.

One thing I learned about Kenpachi is standing or no, his hair actually can be pulled off laying down...as long as its separated...HoweverI think that was his pre-captain days...I can't remember
