I was wondering if anyone had any idea of where to buy Chun Li-esque boots. I have been all over EBay and Overstock, and I'm coming up short. I really don't want to wear those blessed stripper platforms that every other Cosplayer has (no offense), but I'm having trouble locating flat-sole boots that aren't $180 or more. If anyone could help me out, that'd be great. ^_^

I haven't done the traditional outfit so I can't help you but God Bless You for not choosing the Stripper Boots route. Huge pet peeve of mine.
You might want to try Amazon and Google's Froogle service, I've had good luck with those two.

She's using "wrestler" boots, but unfortunately, wrestler boots dont really "go that high" on the leg. LA GEAR (an old brand name) used to have a pair of white wrestler boots back in the 90's, i bought for my chunli outfit.
Froogle Wrestler boots or hit up your local sports authority
OR: CUSTOME make them:

Yeah I'm finished with making my Chun Li cosplay (unfortunately, I chose to go with the "stipper boots" because I seriously need the height help! **I'm really short! Only 5'6"*)
Your best bet is to use the link above to Electrique Bouqtique or make your own custom pair by making a pair of boot covers.
