This is what I gathered from going to the site, and downloading the application form...

Spaces: When you want to participate in a convention as a doujin circle, you need to get a space to sell your stuff. Space, can be translate in this case, as a table. Their saying that if you want one table, then it's 1800 yen, but if you want 2 tables, then it costs 3600. There are only 150 spaces available in this convention. So this only applys to those who want to sell doujinshi.

Cosplay contest: I don't know much about cosplays and conventions at Japan, but I'm guessing there won't be any. Atleast I couldn't find anything that said they would be having one.

Cost: Now.. it said "itaku sanka" and that's what confuses me (I haven't really heard the word, itaku, before..) But I looked it up in the dictionary, and it says something about "trade." Also, the application form I downloaded was titled "Itaku application form" so I am guessing the 1600 yen fee is only for people who wants to participate as a seller. Thus, I think you do not need to pay 1600 yen.

Application form: Kind of along with the above, the application form seems to be only intended for doujin circles. (it has spaces for circle names, what genre, how many spaces, so on.) So i am guessing you do not need to fill out this form.

----So, from what I gathered, the only things you need to do is to go to Acti Hall with your costume, get changed there, and just cosplay. Again, I don't know much about these things, so I'm just going off of what I read on the site..

Did it all go well? I'm just worried if I was really correct on everything. ^_^;;

If I wrongly translated things, or wrongly assumed things, I'm sorry...
