I'm planning on cosplaying as Shino from after the time skip in Naruto, and I need a little help on the costume.
I have some reference pictures of him from the chapter he first appeared in. Considering how elaborate his clothes are, I'm probably going to have to make most of them from scratch, so any tips you can give me would be much appreciated.
In particular, I need to know if there are sunglasses that look like the ones he's wearing, since I probably can't make those myself. I've been searching for sunglasses like that, but I have no idea what kind they are called.
I could also use some tips on how to go about making the lower, darker jacket. For instance, what material will retain that shape without collapsing due to gravity (unlike his first costume, this one seems pretty streamlined, it has almost no folds) I'm assuming that the texture of the material on both jackets is smooth and waterproof (ie. not sweater material), similar to his old costume.
Also, I could use suggestions on that pouch on his back. It kind of looks like a big coinpurse to me. It's hard to tell from the scan, but that white line running down the middle is a zipper.

I already have a headband and shoes from my last costume, so I don't need help with those.
I would be grateful for any help on any of those topics.
Thanks in advance!

hehe, you can cheat and use Swim Goggles (the real cheap ones):

They are type of goggle (you can probably search that term as well):

INTERFACING is your friend. Fusible interfacing (basically, you iron it to the wrong side of your material) will keep it "stiff" and hold a shape.

Its called a Banana Bag or a Hammock Bag. they are simple to make actually.

Thanks for the fast reply! I didn't expect tips that helpful so quickly.
About the sunglasses, I found some that look almost exactly right, but the lenses are clear black. Is there some kind of paint that can make them reflective black and still let you see with them on?
