Hello!!!

I love cosplaying, and after my success as a Vashette at this years Otakon 2002 I realized I wanted to cosplay every chance I got. This next year my friend and I want to go as people from Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040...

My friend and I will be starting our costumes for enxt years Otakon waaay in advance. She is going as Priss in the softsuit. This is not a problem because we're both pretty good at sewing and what not. However, the big task is my costume. We want to build Priss's hardsuit... We've never attempted making a mecha type costume before. Not to mention one so form fitting.. We need help, and pointers please. Anyone had experience with mecha or anyone with suggestions PLEASE be willing to give us some advice! I think I've attached a picture of the hardsuit, but then again I'm just getting the hang of this forum.
PLEASE HELP!!!
