Okay now first off I need more referances. because I only have three pictures and I need some from the side and back(mostly back) or what could also be help is if some one can give a link to chapter 23+ of the manga in any language xD I just need the pictures.

I still have quite a while before I start but the sooner I have information the better.

Here are some photos,

Now anything you can tell me how to make any of this will be helpful, this my biggest project yet.

First off I'm not doing wings or his weapon, okay with me so far?

Okay from me staring at this long enough, I'm guessing I will do something of a hi-collar tanktop, plus an altered dress shirt (larger collar and larger cuffs) and the bottom will be a skirt type thing, and underneath is plain pants (not doing armor on boots xP)

So um, yeah helpful hints with be very helpful =3 (especialy on the hat and armor)

Thank you~!

P.S I'm sewing all of this =D fun fun.

Ahhh~ I did Ion's Empire costume! I'm glad to see so much TB cosplayers coming up. ^_^

This site has scans up to chapter 28 of the manga:

Sorry for the long URL. XD;

To get the shape of the hat is kind of complicated. I had to make like a few prototypes until i got the right shape and it's still a bit lopsided. I can give you the basic shape of how the hat should be if you need it though.

For the armor (The belt buckle? and that little ornament thing that hangs from his side?) I would either suggest some sort of molding clay or craft foam. I used craft foam and I think it turned out alright.
There are probably better ways to do it, but this way is kinda inexpensive. :X

I I hope your costume turns out well, and good luck! ^_^

try browsing through here: http://www.slayersnet.nu/~yang/love&peace/index2.html

i cant remember the exact link as to where, but this person does have LOTS of pictures and he did make abel's empire costume. looking at other cosplayers is sometimes a lot easier than finding reference images for reference at least with trinity blood =)

hope that helps.

@WaterEmperess: Ah the hat shape would be very helpful, and I like the modeling clay idea =D.

@kkoganei1328: Ah thank you so much *o* So helpful~!

Now I just back photo's. Darnit, I have no clue how his...jacket thing goes in the back, like if it has 1 or two panels, but by the way it flows, I guessing it's just one.

Now just an opinion, should I make the outer collar stick up or should I let it go flat, I honestly have no clue which looks better ._.;
