Can someone explain this series to me? I am curious to pick it up... But if there's a lot of yaoi, I'll move on... The last thing I need is my roomate to walk in while I'm watching it. :D

Yea!! I wanna know about it tooo!! *Always wanted to watch it...*
It's about this guy named Shuichi, and he's in a band called "Bad Luck" and he falls in love with this novelist named Yuki. And it just tells about them, falling in love and stuff. (Yuki's like..hardcore ice. Very cold and hurtful at times. But HOT!!) XDD
It's a GOOD series. If you like yaoi, you'd love it.

Uhm, how much Yaoi is in it?

It has a really awesome soundtrack ^_~

*cuddles her Gravitation music* Kurenai's so right ^_^ How much yaoi's in it? I'd say a kiss or two every few episodes, sometimes they'll hint that they slept together once in a while (Shuichi shows it - you can't miss it X3). Avoid the OVA if you twitch at actually seeing the yaoi, though <<;
Half of it's focused on Shuichi's career, the other half how he tries to keep his relationship with Yuki going -_-;; So many damn interferences.... *slaps herself* Shuddup, Babbitto, you know you like it XD

lol!! Sounds interesting...

Yah, it's got a little kissing, but it's not explicit or anything. I don't know you that well, Ranma, but I'd say Gravitation would disturb very few people...and if you're mostly objecting to yaoi elements because of embarrassment when people walk in rather than that stuff making you personally uncomfortable...go for it ^_^
I really cannot decide if it is supposed to be cute and fluffy but has too many serious bits for the fluffiness to sit right...or if the creators wanted it to deal with some serious subjects but stuck too much fluff in. But I like it despite the fact that Shuuichi's adorable doggie suit in the last episode totally ruins the somber mood of the scene XD
...didn't he dress as a battery once? That was just weird. I think my friends and I decided that all the GOOD artists who did Weiss Kreuz got together, and, in some scary drug-induced brainstorm, came up with Gravitation. The art -is- a bit like Weiss Kreuz's on its (very few) good days...

Gravitation is a very beautiful piece of work. I'd watch it purely for the artistic detail. The theme of the whole show seems to revolve around yaoi relationships, but there's nothing really explicit.
And the soundtrack /is/ awesome...

Okay then, I will invest five dollars into it. :)

Good choice - get ready for Shuichi's weird but entertaining lifestyle =3

Cant really call it Yaoi, cos that makes it sound hardcore, if anything it's a mushi shounen-ai sweety pie series! Poor Shuichi, he tries o hard to please Yuki and Yuki just puts him down and calls him a naive idiot and a fool. It's very funny at times, if any of you want any clips I got a few you can have to see for yourself! The rock-star parts are the funniest! ;) to any of you who've seen it, I mean the ep with Yuki's lil bro and the rock star on TV that both he and Shuichi idolise!
