I made this costume for San Diego Comic Con 2007. I also made my boyfriend a Gene Starwind outfit to go with it. This is one of my favorite costumes.

PONCHO: Dark and Light Blue felt fabric, Lined with Extra thick double fold black bias tape. The little white circles were made from Crayola Clay and spray painted to look glossy white.
