This costume was a joy and a pain all at the same time. I had to make some changes to the design because of the fact that the cosplayer doesn't have any curves to keep up a dress! Straps were added to the bodice and the wings are kept on via elastic over the shoulder.

The hat has a tubing structure holding it together. I always felt that Sugar's hat was essential to her costume because it looked like a huge snow ball cut in half.

All in all, I am very pleased with how it turned out!
