Description
My inspiration came from Artbeat and my love for Sailor Moon. For Yasumicon I wanted to j-rock myself up along with the rest of my friends and I was like, "Hmm... blond wig... red bow... cute outfit... Whynnot Sailor V?!" I always loved Sailor V anyway, I'll do her actual outfit eventually but this was just a nice easy quick idea! This outfit to under 5 hours to construct.
