I wanted a second, fairly simple and highly comfy costume to wear at AFest '07. This year I also saw Azumanga for the first time. I adore character anime, and found the "normalcy" of the series incredibly refreshing.

However, I wasn't necessarily enamored with the idea of a school uniform. So, when the cafe episode rolled around, I knew exactly what my project would be.

It's turned out to be a little more complicated than I originally thought (I'm apparently a perfectionist), but many of the details, have almost made themselves. So, it was nice to know that this project was ment to be.
