This costume is the only costume so far that drained me financially only due to the CLOTH.

I have six 1.5m long trains overlapped and i sewed on the stripes. But it's not even obvious.. *wails*

I like my supaa shiney obiang headpiece that is.. well. shiney.
I based it off the GBA in-game pixel.
