Completely handsewn and remade twice because I didn't like how the first shirt looked. I was asked to be the Hakkai of an entire Sanzo group by a friend of mine and I was overjoyed at the prospect. Hakkai is one of my favorite characters ever and I wanted to make sure i did a good job on it. The outfit is not extremely difficult but I was determined to get even the smallest of details correct. The hardest part was the monocle and figuring out how to make it stay on my nose XD But I have the best Saiyuki group ever and I love wearing this ^_^
