I bought the costume at Hero's Con from Neo Otaku, a cosplay and anime store based in Fayetteville, NC. However, things were a little inaccurate for my taste. The inner top had to be dyed gray, have trim added and the sleeves cut off. The sleeves on the jacket and the pants had to be shortened. I found a pair of shoes just like Tsunade's on eBay. (Yes, they are as painful as they look.) I made the obi and used industrial velcro to keep it on.
