Description
I still want to do more to this costume, like get a wig and such. But I love Rapid 99's design so much that when there was talk of a JSR/JSRF group at Katsucon, I was all, "yay! I can finally make the costume I've been wanting to make forever but was too lazy to make! D:" AND SO I MADE IT. Hehe~
