This character is from a manga called 666 Satan. His name is Jio Freed and I cosplay the time skip version. I had the jacket made. For the pants, I just bought regular pants and had my mom cut one leg shorter and put an orange stripe down one side. For the shoes I bought a pair of black shoes and polished one until it was white. My mom put the red piece of fabric on the white shoe. For the weapon, Zero (bracelet thing), I used a roll of tape painted green. I also made beads to attach to various parts of the outfit such as the sleeves, and around the pocket area.

For the last 10% of the costume, I may one day get different color contacts, maybe a new wig, and use something other than belts around my shoulders (they keep falling off -_-)
