Another budget costume, yes! I bought the pants and vest second-hand, though I ended up modifying the vest like crazy. I took it apart to use the nylon lining for the outside and basically reversed it, and then added all of the diamond pattern. ^^; Pants were also modified to fit. Everything else was bought with little work done to them (wig, gun, etc.)
