Okay, so on a sunday we got an email with the suggestion to go to the Efteling (a fairy tale themed Amusement Park in the Netherlands) the next week. Sure, that sounds like fun! Then there came the suggestion to dress up like fairy tale characters, because it matches the park. Sure, sounds like fun! ^^

I made this costume in less than one week, working on it on the evenings. I bought the pants, bought a pink shirt and painted the purple stripes on it. I also bought some pink fabric on the market, made the arm- and legwarmerthingies and painted them as well. I used some fluffy dark purple wire (I don't know what it's called, I just saw it and thought it was perfect) to tie around my waist and use as a tail. I bought some gloves and glued some glow in the dark nails on to it, to give it the claw effect. I already had the ears.

So, that's all there is to it, really...It's not a perfect outfit, it fell apart by the end of the day, because it was rushed so much, but I still had a lot of fun that day. I hope you enjoy it!
