Pretty much all store bought items, with no special sewing needed. Top purchased from New York & Company, military green skirt bought from Robinson's Mays, orange wristband from Icing (with purple embroidery seam ripped out). Wig is from Cosworx, bought slightly longer and cut myself to suit. Short black boots from Target, and brown knee highs from Robinson's May.
