this is my little sister dressed as chi from chobits, its her first ever cosplay so she wanted to be her favorite character, chi. unforunatly i only had a day to make the whole costume! because she decided the night before the london expo that she wanted to come. i made the ears from fun foam and the hair beads from fimo clay. the dress ended up being an altered skirt and top with a lot of ribbon added!! she looked so cute!
