I already had the wig from a previous costume and after I couldn't find the Marilyn Monroe hand-me-down dress my mom gave me, I decided the next best "movie" costume for the Halloween party I'm attending was Velma. Finding the elements of the costume was pretty easy, all that is except for the orange knee-highs. I'm going to have to go with Halloween socks I think.
