Konata's outfit is fairly easy. I made the skirt out of looking at some other pleated skirts I own and because I have had enough pleat experience already *cough*ESM*cough* The shirt was actually pulled off my Usagi high school uniform so now that costume is official retired. That's cool I wanted to make another version anyway. So yes, Konata! Oh and Wig styled by me of course.
