It's Monkey King!!! >____<
xD I like this character very much <3 he's crazy, funny and lively.
When I made the costume I only had one doujinshi artwork by an unknown artist (to me! unfortunately.. v___v http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m198/futeru-san/2155377.jpg).
So that was my only reference and I had no idea where the character came from or what his full costume design looked like :P
Later I learned that he's the main character from the PSone game "Saiyuki - Journey West".
