I bought the main costume on eBay - the dress with arm bands attached, and it came with leggings/pants. However, the back of the dress was all black (which is silly, b/c obviously Sally's dress is NOT like that), so I added some patches to the back myself. Then I bought a red wig (which was surprisingly hard to find!) and colored my face blueish (complete with face 'stitches') to look Sally's.
