I first saw this costume in a video on the lineage2 website, and not only was the costume gorgeous, but the video really blew me away, too. I think I even cried a bit ^^
So, not long after I went to the fabric store to get fabric for it. I originally wanted microsuede, since it looks like leather and its sooo soft and I think it would have worked wonderfully for the elf, but alas, its $13/yd. Ouch. Therefore, moleskin works just fine ^^ Its still soft! and I love the color ^^

The fabric stayed folded up in a bag in the backseat of my car for months and months. I just couldnt get around to it with school and projects and such! It was so sad.

Then!! Lineage2 puts up a contest where you dress like a character! and luckily, the deadline was a few weeks after school got out so I had time to work on it ^^ I think I finished this thing in less than 3 days (counting the extreme sleeping in and laziness that comes with summer XD) I was so excited to finally have my elfy costume!!!

and then, when I had it done, my lovely friend Hoshikuzu went out with me to a local park and we had a field day with my digital camera. I loooove memory cards ^__^ Most of the pictures turned out beautifully, which was awesome cause Im not used to that *lol* and I made a collage, sent it in to L2, and that was that! I do need to find new boots and make a staff or dual swords before I wear it at a con though. Luck to me *lol*
