This is essentially a two-part costume; the sword and the robes. The sword I bought on Friday night at Janicon while I was passing by a weapons booth. It was fifteen dollars, well-made and extremely light. I was wearing Vash at the time, so I carried it over to Janicon's random panel room and told them I needed the rest of an Ichigo costume by the next day.

They got it for me. The guy running that booth had shinigami robes he was willing to part with, which he brought the next day, and I bought them from him. He taught me how to tie the pants, and the proper way to wear the top, and tie the belt, and I was set.

The hair is cheap light-red hair color that I put in over my super-blond Vash hair, and I was very pleased with the shade of orange that turned out, I'd only left the hair-color in for about eight minutes before washing it out.

Right now, the only thing this costume is really missing is the Tabi socks and thatch sandals.
