Sesshoumaru / Sesshomaru

InuYasha

God this was a hard costume to make! By far the most challenging costume I've done.

The armor was made using plastic, hot glue, and bondo, and took about 20-25 hours to do....suck.

The kimono designs took hours to do as well. My aunt taught me how to use her uber expensive sewing machine and I sewed it on that, made things so much easier. Thanks to the use of her serger, the edges are also finished!

The fur for the mokomoko-sama (fluff) was about $25 a yard, and the materials for the armor cost about $150 as well. My swords were commissioned, Tokijin was made by Pikminlink, and Tenseiga by Kurono of Kurono's Korner's brother.

The contacts cost a fortune too.

All in all, I spent over $500 on this costume....yeah, I know, yikes!
