This is a cosplay I decided to do when a friend mentioned she was doing a Pepper Ann Cosplay and was looking for others to cosplay some characters.
I jumped at the opprotunity. Pepper Ann = Love
I thought I could make a good appearance as Cissy so here I am working on it.

This is a fairly simple costume.
I will simply alter some red pants I have to be more form fitting and add a oval emblem to a pink t-shirt.
The hardest part of this cosplay will be the shoes, as I want to make them big to give the look of a cartoon caractor. You know like KH shoes. This will be funn!!

I never got to make the shoes.

So I went with some Converse that I think still worked great.
