This costume was soooo time consuming :) but I'm really proud of how it turned out. It took about $80 and 35-40 hours to make. I had to hand paint all of the gold detailing on and I hand pleated all of the ruffles on the sleeves and over skirt. The wig was bought from SakuraWigs.com and the hoop skirt was bought online, but everything else is hand made. :P
