All I gota say right now is that I'm super excited to work on this.
I've been planning it for a while, but really had no idea how to go about making it. Particularly the wings...
I've gained a little experience in cosplay so I think I'm up for the challenge.
I can't wait to finish!

I debuted Demona human version at Akon19, my gargoyle version is still in the process, hopefully I can finish it up this summer.

Wig was commisioned from Ladedas.
I want to remake my jewrely, the airdry sponge clay I used was a bit delicate.
But so far...
