A very very very simple costume.
Izumi Rio wears this version of the outfit for a whole 2 pages in the ending for the manga (which is far superior to the anime *cough*).

I just re-used my wings from the previous Izumi cosplay (which was commissioned off of eBay) and I got the hat made from the wonderful Mika-hats. The bow was a simple Christmas ornament that I ripped apart and re-did.

I added the little red bells because I figured they would add a nice Christmas touch. They jingle when I walk :D
